Erin Everett, NP-C, AAHIVS!
A primary care provider licensed by the Georgia Composite Medical Board, Erin sub-specializes in Transgender Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Erin is also an HIV specialist certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
A life-long Ally of the LGBTQ+ community, Erin is devoted to health promotion, disease prevention, and expanding access to care to the LGBTQ+ community.
She works to achieve this mission by providing a safe, non-judgmental environment for individuals to receive high quality healthcare and to receive Gender Affirming treatments.
A wife and mother of two, Erin holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Psychology & Nursing from Northern Illinois University, and a Masters Degree in Nursing (Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner) from Ball State University.
